Hays follow up references and qualifications of all their temporary staff before sending them on an assignment. Hays recruitment offer flexible staffing solutions to all their clients and say that they can provide individual staff assignments as well as the outsourcing for a whole department. They also offer to put someone in on a temporary contract so that employers can experience the expertise of that employee before offering them a permanent contract.
